I used Whitt Ross to help me plan my Austin wedding at the Omni. Camille did such an amazing job helping me find vendors, make decisions, and even went to vendors to send me pictures when I couldn’t go myself. Truly felt like Camille was a friend at the end of the 18 months of planning. She even helped me sort out issues post wedding. I can’t wait to have another event (maybe a baby shower!?) and will 100% request Camille and Whitt Ross to help me plan! Thank you, Camille!

Working with Gina was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, which had two different elements to it - a small intimate ceremony in Austin and a large ranch party in the middle of nowhere, South Texas. From the very beginning, she understood my vision perfectly for both events and brought them to life in a way that exceeded all our expectations! My entire family connected with and trusted her completely and she is now a friend for life. She assembled an incredible team of vendors who worked seamlessly together, and everything ran beautifully from start to finish. Gina at Whitt Ross is truly one of a kind — I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her! From the very beginning, she was by my side for every step of the planning process — from vendor negotiations to helping us stay on budget, to the countless design meetings where she patiently and creatively brought my vision to life. Our wedding was a destination event, which added layers of complexity, but Gina made it all feel seamless. She attended every site visit and made sure no stone was left unturned — thinking of every detail before I even had to. She also has an incredible network of top-tier vendors from florists to photographers and everything in between. Everyone she recommended was not only incredibly talented, but also professional, warm, and completely aligned with our style and needs. It was a dream team thanks to her. On the day of the wedding, Gina was nothing short of magical. I was able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment because I knew she had everything handled. I call her my fairy godmother for a reason — she brings calm, clarity, and sparkle to what can be a very overwhelming process. She also made sure our families were taken care of on our wedding weekend which meant the world to me. I had the pleasure of working with Kendall + Anita from Whitt Ross for Joelle and Mitchell’s wedding, and I can’t recommend their team enough! The entire planning process and wedding day were incredibly well organized, intentional, and beautifully executed. As a photographer, it makes such a difference to work alongside planners who communicate clearly, run a seamless timeline, and genuinely care about the couple and vendor team.
