My furnace decided to crack during Christmas time! I called Whyte Ridge Heating ,Taylor advised they were able to come out right away. They used drop sheets to protect my carpeting and hardwood floors, even in the basement, all the way across the house ! Ryan and Logan removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace, including a new return air drop and filter holder to make it look cleaner… really… All in less than 6 hours!! Done Mb Hydro came and inspected it … E-transfered …payment... bob’s your uncle Wow Can’t say enough about this company Thank you so much Whyte Ridge Heating !!
Got the full package of duct, dryer vent, furnace, and ac coil cleaning as well as duct sanitization. Well worth the price. My wife is allergic to dust and has had to take heavy allergy meds every day since we moved in. We finally decided to get the ducts clean and the change was instant. We were worried thay dust would get kicked up in the process, but that wasn't the case at all. She's on day 3 of no allergy meds and has had virtually no reactions. Also very happy with the professionalism. I'm always skeptical when a company is sending strangers into my home, but Matthew and Braden were very professional and personable. One of my vents (which is admittedly fairly hard to see if you don't know it's there) was missed, but I sent an email when I noticed it at 5pm and they called me first the the next morning and guys were back in 20 minutes to finish it up. Overall I couldn't be happier with the service and result. I've been considering getting an HRV system installed for a while now but didn't know any companies I could trust, so I'll definitely be contacting these guys again to get a quote.
We had concerns with our furnace not always firing up. An acquaintance of mine named Stephen Sabourin suggested Whyte Ridge Heating who has used several times. I contacted your company early this morning and within 40 minutes, a technician named Taylor was at our home. He was thorough with his work and worked in a timely manner. He explained the issue to us and how he corrected it. I would recommend your firm to others. Thanks.
After the duct cleaning our Furnace decided to calf Taylor was good enough to send one of his man down to take a look at it the same day. Ashton Very knowledgeable and got the heat it up and running after quite a few hours of trying to figure it out. We discussed the options after he was done saying that the unit wouldn’t last very long as it was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Ashton worked very hard Trying to figure out the problem He was always very Polite, And efficient. Recommend him highly!!! We had a new furance installed on Oct /29/25. Kevin, Logan and Adam were very professional and knowledgeable. Our furnace was not working great and Whyte Ridge was able to install a new furnace within a short time. Staff are very knowledgeable and assisted us with setting up the new ecobee thermostat. We really appreciate the effort Taylor and the staff made to make sure that all the work was done and working. We had a new furance and AC put in on Oct 14/25, Kelvin and Logan were very professional and they took the time to put down cloth in the whole area that they were working. Even though they had some issues with removing and installing the furance, they worked very hard to get the furance up and running. They were able to move some appointments to get our furance in within a few days since we had no heat. Also really appreciate the effort Taylor and Ryan made to make sure all the work was done. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to replace your furance or AC
