I have had a few haircuts with Leslie M and now a color service and it has all been amazing! She is very kind and I’ve loved my hair every time. I’ve gotten so many compliments since the color service & I will definitely be returning to her.

My experience here was very pleasant. They make you feel at home whole also providing professional information. They care a lot about your hair here. I like my hair blonde and this place has a great blonde hair care. I had a really good time with the staff, they are kind and considerate.
Absolutely wonderful service. The booking was very easy. They called me to verify my appointment. Pakou was my stylist and she took the time to listen to my requests and went out of her way to accommodate the style I wanted. I felt she understood my taste in haircut and will be back. I highly recommend Willow!
Was serviced by Amber Lynne at Willo Sacramento and it was the worst salon experience I’ve had anywhere thus far. I asked for curtain bangs but was given a bang that went across my whole forehead and stopped in the middle of my forehead. The hairdresser actually laughed when she realized it was too short and continued to tell me what she felt like she should’ve done from the beginning. I reached out for a refund multiple times and never received a call back from management. I actually had to come in to follow up and was greeted by a condescending woman at the front desk claiming to be the manager. After having never mentioned such until after I had demanded several times to actually speak to one. The so called manager proceeded to not state her name, offer condolences nor actually be professional by giving me a refund receipt. Was so frustrated my friend ended up calling the salon to speak to a manager directly following this interaction to which they told her the manager was on lunch and unavailable… the manager had been on lunch the other times I called to follow up that day and was clearly not whoever was claiming to be so at the desk. I ended up having to call Willo Fair Oaks for a receipt and spoke to a “district manager” Lauren. Overall definitely find a better salon !
