Absolutely loved this place, they are all so talented! Just wanted to warn others, don’t reschedule your appointment and expect them to actually accommodate you. Rescheduled my appointment over a month in advanced and got an email saying the reschedule was pending approval. Called them 3 weeks before the appointment to double check it got approved, the girl confirmed that it was approved. When I show up there the day of and they say it was denied and there is nothing they can do about it. Just really inconvenient when the front desk receptionist has an attitude when I politely tell her that I had done everything I could to make sure this appointment was confirmed before driving 5+ hours from NC for this appointment.. on my birthday. Totally understand they have a policy for rescheduling/cancelling, but given that I rescheduled 1+ months in advance and CALLED them 3 weeks prior to confirm is absolutely ridiculous. I had AMAZING experiences at this salon multiple times and absolutely love getting my hair done my Katie, but unfortunately will never come back here knowing that they can’t guarantee an appointment. Just wanted to warn others to consider that when scheduling/rescheduling appointments.
I had my first experience at Willow and Oak and Claire was my stylist. I am obsessed! The environment is cozy, welcoming, and modern. All of the employees are so sweet and helpful. And Claire…OH MY GOSH…she went above and beyond. I love my hair, she gave me so many tips and tricks for styling at home, and she created a color for me that complimented my features. I highly recommend this salon!
I just met Jailey yesterday for the first time to get my hair done for my white coat ceremony. So thorough and great about communicating. Yall, this girl was wicked fast about her application and I could not believe how beautiful and blended everything turned out. I am always apprehensive trying someone new, especially after having my hair severely damaged by a different salon last year. With such a big event on Friday I knew I was pushing my luck, but something just told me to go with her when I booked the appointment. I have been looking for the right fit since I moved out here; and before Jailey, everyone just fell short. She talked the right amount, wasn’t awkward if it was quiet (and i was EXHAUSTED yesterday), was incredibly sweet, I just could feel she cared and wanted me happy. At the reveal, it took a minute for things to sink in because I was so shocked by how great my hair looked. I was so happy with the care I was given and how it all turned out, that I FaceTimed my friend to show her in the parking lot and she was screaming in excitement for me. Hair zoomies the whole drive home. 11/10 recommend. This girl is my new hair person until I move out of state again. Worth every penny. The end.
Wow! This is the BEST salon I’ve ever been to. I just moved to East TN and was so nervous to go back to another salon due to SO many awful experiences and money wasted. From the moment I walked in (8am) the atmosphere was calm and stress free. Alli was amazing and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. She is so sweet and even made me an iced coffee while processing. Her style is efficient, and confident. I’m used to appts taking way too long. I was out in a few hours. She didn’t make me feel worried at ALL that something might go wrong. I’ve already rebooked and am SO happy Willow & Oak can be my salon home. I have no desire to look elsewhere. Thanks Alli and W&O!
I went to Olivia went she had just started her company and she fixed so many years of color damage I had. She is so kind and personable. When her business started growing, every girl has been the same way. I don’t trust anyone with my hair but I put trust in her and she did not let me down and I know anyone that works with her will not disappoint. I’ve seen multiple girls now and my hair always looks phenomenal. I’ve loved seeing this company grow and they are all amazing hair stylists who will do wonders with whatever hair needs you have!
