I need to share how extremely pleased I was with my overall experience with this business! Their online ordering was super easy and their customer service was excellent! I accidentally put the wrong address for the delivery and the shop contacted me to double check and was so kind about informing me of my mistake. The arrangement I chose was called “Dune” and it was delivered promptly and carefully to its destination. I will definitely be going back to this Florist again if I ever need flowers sent in Vegas. Thank you Windmill Floral expressions for the service and making my dear friend so happy with a beautiful arrangement!!!!!
Great service, very friendly, highly recommend!!! They made our son's request come true and it was last minute on my part! I had been searching for a florist for 2 weeks and everyone I used in the past had closed their business. Day before the event, I found Windmill Expressions... Thank You for giving great service!
WOW & WOW... Did I say that twice? TWINS... One bouquet of flowers is from the Windmill Floral Expressions website's ordering page & one is the actually bouquet that I ordered and got delivered (as a gift). Definitely 100% identical!! I'm sO happy with my 1st purchase from "here". I received a follow-up call after an interned purchase to make sure all was set & a give me a choice of adjusting the deliver time that I initially requested. Yes, it's was a bit of a splurge, but the quality and experience justify the price.
I want to express so much gratitude to Windmill Florals for creating the most beautiful bouquets for my gender reveal! I communicated with Anne via email, and she was quick to respond & super helpful. I was beyond impressed when they were delivered to us. My first time ordering flowers from Windmill Floral and I was thrilled with their arrangement. It's always a guessing game how the bouquet will actually look when you order online. The final product is never like the gallery photo but Windmill Floral sent a photo of the actual bouquet. See for yourself. It's so spot on, I check it against the gallery photo to make sure it wasn't the same photo. Lol! Thank you, Janet. I'm super pleased. I know the recipient is as well. You made both our days lovelier.
