Today, John H and Frost washed them and left me completely gobsmacked! Simply put, the windows are STUNNING– they haven’t looked this good since they were new. Plus, both gentlemen were friendly, professional, tidy and really did everything they could to make the process easy and convenient. And, Sasha who does the scheduling was patient and responsive - working with my nutty schedule. This experience has been such a pleasure, it's safe to say that I'm never "washing" our windows myself again! Window Genie is true magic!
Window Genie did an excellent job for us. The service was reasonably priced, great and fast. They are the nicest people. With so many different services available, we will definitely call on them again.
They were fast but very professional. My windows and storm doors look amazing. I Mistakenly thought one was omitted. They wer3 back within 30 min. I definitely recommend them!
