My experience with Wishing You Well was absolutely 5 star service! I was looking for a gift for my grand daughter on the 20th January 2025. I'd looked elsewhere prior but a delivery on the day wasn't possible. I was kinda desperate. I searched and searched for same day delivery hoping I would find a service as I wanted so very much for my gift to be delivered on time. I found Wishing You Well and boy am I glad I did. I didn't order from the site but rang and spoke to Kathy and asked if she could help. She went out of her way to do just that. She sent me a photo of a gift basket which I liked but asked if I could swap a few things around and maybe add something different. She did so and sent another photo. Actually she did this for me 3 times, each time explaining what was what in the gift basket. She suggested gifts which were popular with 9 year old girls and put a lovely package together. Wrote my wishes on the card and delivered the gift basket to my grand daughter. My daughter contacted me to say, I'd nailed the present, as my grand daughter loved it! I was so happy. But it was Kathy who'd "nailed it " because without her suggestions I wouldn't have really been certain what to choose. Honestly it's service like this that makes me want to leave a review because frankly, I don't believe it's very common, at least in my experience. Thank you again Kathy for all your help. There was an issue with the delivery of my item which was not anything Kathy could have foreseen. However she did everything possible to resolve the matter. I would not hesitate to purchase from her again.
Kathy is a gem. She reached out first thing to check and confirm my order, and managed to carry out same-day delivery right before the weekend. Outstanding service and excellent communication, which resulted in the making of the recipient's day.
I highly recommend Wishing you well gifts! Working directly with Kathy we created a bespoke wellbeing box full of all Australian product to send out to 100+ individuals across Australia and NZ. Kathy's attention to detail is second to none and every package went out perfectly. A great company for all orders big and small!
