Noah was extremely thorough during his inspection and communicated precisely what he found, fixed, and recommended for further repair. I was very pleased with Dave and his service. He was professional, polite, and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgable and was patient with me when I "freaked out" thinking there was a dead mouse in my oven! He explained that my cats would not be harmed from the chemicals in the mouse houses. I hope that he will be the one to come back in a few weeks for the second service call.
Curt Uniatowski was very friendly and offered us detailed explanations of each step pf the process. He noticed our cat and reassured us there was no danger to the pet. Curt seemed very knowledgable and confident. I'm sure he did a good job.
I just want to drop a positive note for Witt Pest Management. We have a yellow jacket hive in a difficult place on our home. Rather than give up due to the difficulty, the Witt team is working hard to address the problem including repeat visits to get it right. My whole family sincerely appreciates their dedication and tenacity. Even though the job is still "in process," I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any pest issues we may have in the future.
