Women Who Lift is such an empowering and welcoming program! The group is supportive and non-judgmental, and the instructors are amazing — they give great one-on-one guidance and make lifting feel fun and confidence-boosting. I’ve gotten stronger and found a community I love!

The Women Who Lift program has been amazing. It’s a very welcoming and empowering environment! Throughout the last eight weeks of the beginner program, my confidence has improved, and I feel much more capable of doing some exercises on my own at home. Additionally, the ongoing support that Women Who Lift provides is fantastic, so you can continue to receive help if you want it.
The Women Who Lift program has been incredibly helpful in my wellness journey. The trainers are so motivating and have reminded me that I’m stronger than I think. If you’re interested in weightlifting but feel intimidated like I was, or unsure where to start, this program provides a lifetime of support—a safe space to learn, grow, and build strength. I signed up six years ago, and I still message the trainers today. Their support has never wavered, and I always feel encouraged on my journey!
The Women Who Lift program is amazing. Since completing the beginner program, I've continued signing up for the intermediate class at least 3 or 4 times in a row (I've lost count ). I struggle with staying consistent on my own, but this program has solved that for me. If you're intimidated by gyms and weight lifting then this will take all your worries away and you'll meet wonderful people and have a great time while you get strong. The trainers are amazing at taking you from whatever level you're at and developing your form and knowledge as you go. I could go on and on. I highly recommend!
