The massages were great! Both Luc and Britannia were really good. However, I was surprised to learn that a business of your caliber, doesn’t keep a record of unused gift certificates. I was on my way to the spa, and would have arrived 15 mins early, but realized I left my gift certificates ( 2 worth $400) at home. When I called , I was told that you didn’t have a record of them. So I had to turn around and go home to get them, resulting in being 20mins late. I drove all the way from Rockwall. This made me lose 20 mins of my massage time. Nothing was said to me about losing time when I called.
Been here before… received great service. Had a couples massage schedule for my husband and I for our anniversary. Massage was subpar. It felt like we paid for someone to lotion our bodies. Also, one of the ladies phone kept vibrating. Talked to the manager about it. She was very nice and apologetic about the situation. She gave us a % off, which was very nice. We wanted a better massage and a more relaxing experience for our anniversary, but the discount was nice.
Was surprised with a day at the spa by the hubby however the package he purchased included a pedicure which I had gotten done earlier that day. I called Woodhouse explained what happened and they was able to change the pedicure to a manicure without any issues. The staff at this location is TOP TIER! I received a massage from Maggie, facial from Mari, and manicure from Rachel 💜. Maggie has the hands of an angel, Mari provided great recommendations for my new skincare regimen, and Rachel was such a sweetheart. This is now my new hidden gem, can't wait to comeback and unwind!!
I had a fantastic experience at Woodhouse Spa. Despite arriving a few minutes late due to traffic, the staff was incredibly understanding and welcoming. My therapist, Stacy, went above and beyond to ensure I felt relaxed and taken care of throughout the session. I chose the 90 min deep massage. The entire experience was well worth it. If you’re in the area and looking for a quality massage and a peaceful place to unwind, I highly recommend checking them out.
Spent more time than I planned here in complete relaxation. Locked my stuff up & enjoyed the time being pampered by massage, some champagne & hot tea in the quiet room followed by a eucalyptus aroma shower… I came out a new woman. Can’t recommend it more, worth every penny… come with zero plans after so you can ENJOY every minute!!!
