I told myself, let me go to a fancy one since it’s my puppy’s first full grooming at 6 months. I have waited for this time and have been excited for him to have a teddybear haircut. I told the groomer to give him a teddybear haircut with ROUND muzzle. now, does this look like a teddybear cut? The groomer removed all of his hair and made his face FLAT. My puppy is brushed regularly! Even I brushed him the night before! I am so heartbroken. Now I need to wait again and stick to Petsmart. If you want a teddybear cut, dont go here

This was Croix’s first visit and grooming at Woof Gang and from the time scheduling the appt, to his check in, to his pick up , the experience was Top Tier! Thank you for making his first visit amazing and thank you for the excellent breakdown of what his visit would entail, especially since he had a very bad matted hair. Thank you for the excellent care during Croix’s grooming today. He loved the paw treats as well. We’re grateful to have such a wonderful neighborhood pet store.

Our Siberian husky, Zeke gets all that extra fur removed by his favorite gang of groomers! The atmosphere is fun, understanding, comforting to anxious pups and great at communicating time of arrival and pick-up. Their lobby is filled with seasonal treats, frozen pup cream, toys and bones. We love being part of woof gang’s community because their intent is animal well-being, owners piece of mind, and supporting their fellow animal organizations in the community. We will always be members of the woof gang! Blessed to have them in our community.

Our puppies are legit pupoies, but they have a great experience everything especially our Eldest who hasn't always had the vest experiences. We really appreciate the time, care, and happiness they treat our babies with. Jax and Stella definitely give 4 paws up!
