Drove about 35+ minutes to this store today. I walked in and asked about L/XL clothing and the ladies at the desk told me that they don't carry these sizes. She didnt offer me to look at shoes or at least some of their accessories. I instantly felt unwelcome to shop here. Heart shattering and they weren't very helpful. Wish I could have bought something from this store. I wouldn't shop here if you are over the size large . The place is pretty but I cant spend my money and not feel welcomed.

Cutest and stylish clothes as well as jewelry, purses, belts and hats Their candles smell amazing. The ladies working are the absolute sweetest and best help ever. They was steadily taking clothes to the dressing rooms for us and checking on us while we was trying them on while offering advice. Definitely my new favorite store. If you are thinking about going here, just Go you won't regret it.

I have never felt so unwelcome. The employee was steaming the whole time and didn’t even both to make conversation or show products that would be flattering. I felt like she was ready for me to leave. I was the only customer I there at 11:30 on a Friday. I have never experienced such inattentive customer service on brookside.

My daughter bought 5 outfits for senior pictures (with her own money). She was told that the return policy was 20 days. On day 16, my daughter took back the outfit that wasn’t worn. She was told “sorry! it’s a 10 day return policy”. When I called they said they are “usually lenient” but yet wouldn't return my daughters romper. I asked for a call from the manager and I have yet to hear for her. Audrey (cashier) lied and said she talked to the manager when my daughter was in the store but that did not happen. Very disappointed considering we have spent hundreds in this store.
