We have had an absolutely wonderful experience at Xplor Parkwood Hill! The level of care my son receives is exceptional, and I can tell he feels safe and loved every day. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Makayla and Mrs. Kevia. They take such great care of my son and it's obvious they truly care about their students. As a teacher myself, I am very impressed by the learning environment. They do an excellent job of challenging him academically, and he is constantly learning new skills and concepts. Knowing he is in a place that is both nurturing and academically stimulating is a huge relief. Highly recommend Xplor Parkwood Hill to any family looking for quality care and education!
My son has attended this Xplor since 2022. They have been absolutely wonderful since day one. I have always felt that my son is in a safe and friendly environment. Every staff member through all the years we’ve attended have been so kind, welcoming, loving, and so much more. They send multiple pictures throughout the day and respond fast via the app or phone which is so nice to have daily. I truly haven’t had one complaint in my 3 years of my son being enrolled. I will be so sad the day he is too old to attend anymore.
We found Xplore after searching for new daycares when I moved schools. Not only was the location perfect, but the class sizes and having 2 teachers in the beginners level class was a huge win for me. I did not like that other daycares only had 1 adult in a room with 11 potty training toddlers. Ms. Shelly and Ms. Brandi are AMAZING and just yesterday my son told me "I play with teachers! I love my teachers!". We definitely plan on him attending here until he can go to "big school".
I am so thankful everyday that our family found Xplor. The amazing ladies there are so caring and helpful that I feel like I'm leaving my child with family rather than a daycare. And while there is plenty of play time and fun, they also have structure and a very good curriculum. I'm amazed everyday in the positive habits and growth our child has had in the last two years since being there and it's all thanks to the incredible teachers, administrators, kitchen manager, and helpers that fill in wherever they are needed. They say that it takes a village to raise a child, and Xplor has become a part of my village.

The staff is incredible—caring, professional, and genuinely invested in every child’s growth and happiness. They go above and beyond to make sure kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn each day. The communication with families is outstanding. We’re always updated on what our child is learning, special activities, and even the little milestones that mean so much. The classrooms are bright, welcoming, and filled with engaging activities that keep kids curious and happy. What really sets Xplor apart is the community they’ve built. It truly feels like a second family—we know our child is not just being cared for, but also loved and encouraged to thrive. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here.
