They shut the good games down once a week and bury all the good prizes to the bottom. Other than that it's a cool place to take your kids

I've had a lot of fun times with friends at this arcade, but the general upkeep is not the best. There usually tends to be at least a few machines out of service or just broken, and sometimes they're not even listed as broken. Staff will offer refunds to your card if you did get scammed by one of these broken machines.
Kenny and Big mama Roblox
Several machines were broken, which was not clear until after you paid to play (basketball and hungry hippos) and after my son won a “jackpot” on a game it did not register on his card. I was directed to a 20+ min call to customer service that said they needed to call me back but never did. My husband ended up hanging around as there was an intoxicated adult in the area yelling to himself.

We came all the way from BC to explore Winnipeg in Spring break and what an amazing place to Xscape the coooold. Had a wonderful experience, its on a pricey side but for once in a while not bad at all..🙂

At least 8 machines with out of service screens. Even the ones that were supposed to be working were glitchy. Ball drop didn’t drop the ball, speed demon didn’t give the bonus, the trigger was also stuck, deal or no deal would not scan cards. The payouts were wrong when checking with staff about the glitchy games. Many screens burned in or flicker or dead. They gave refund credits for faulty games but still a sad place that’s not maintained. Of the 3 faulty games, the staff did not put signs on after.
