Thank you Andy for being our server and explaining the different options on food we hadn’t tried yet! You have great customer service and answered all our foodie questions. We absolutely love this Yama sushi location! They offer sushi, kbbq and hotpot in two seperate options (A & B). They have quality meat for Korean bbq along with a self serve salad bar. We ordered beef belly, beef brisket and L.A. short rib for our kbbq meat options. Our fave nigiris were the seared white tuna and seared salmon. We did the beef bone broth with all the meats. This is our go to place for birthdays, anniversaries, date nights or simply to indulge in delicious food. Definitely get the Oreo tempura for dessert y’all!!!
It wasn't busy, however, our server seemed overwhelmed. We had to wait a while for certain things (water, grill change, napkins)-- service was just a little slow. Food was good and everyone was accommodating. We will be back, maybe after the Holidays. Thanks!
This place was awesome totally updated compared to their other locations. With Korean BBQ stations at virtually every single table. We were throuly impressed. The service was good as well for this location being so busy and I mean they were busyyyyy...... I wish I would have taken more photos I will definitely be going back with it now being so much closer to my home....
This is definitely a fave for us! We did a hot pot with baby octopus and beef tongue, Korean BBQ we did the short rib and rib eye. Filled us up so much, we will need to come back and try more next time we pass through! The service was great, you can really tell when someone truly loves what they do- what are you waiting for? Get in here!!
This was my first time going to Yama Sushi & Korean BBQ. Even though it was very busy for lunch, I was greeted immediately and only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. ALL of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Their customer service was EXCELLENT. I usually go out for just sushi and have only had Korean BBQ once prior where it was cooked and served. So this was a new experience cooking it at the table. I really enjoyed cooking both the BBQ and hot pot. It was fun and tasty. The sushi ordered was delicious too. Next visit to Yama will be with family and friends. Check them out.
