Yanni came to the rescue Saturday morning after some electrical wires were cut by roofers. It turned into quite the debacle and Yanni managed the situation great. It was taken care of quickly and he was very professional with both us and the roofers. We are very grateful.

Yanni was efficient, competent and punctual!!!!! I had no idea the scope of an electrical project I had for installing a new range in our kitchen, and I called Yanni to come take a look. He was able to come over first thing next day (I called late on a Monday! He was here by Tuesday at 9!) and didn’t charge me for his consultation, even though it turns out I don’t need any work done at this point. I appreciate his knowledge, help and explanation and his communication is beyond appreciated. He not only assured me that I don’t need any extra work, but explained a lot of the details of the system for me. I will be calling Yanni first when we actually have work to complete! Thank you!!!
