After waiting two and a half years with no progress on my I-485, I finally filed a pro se WOM lawsuit against USCIS. That got the case moving, but then I received an extremely complicated RFE after the interview, targeting my past CCP membership. The RFE was overwhelming — they asked for incredibly detailed documentation, even questioning whether I had been funded by the CCP.
