End your search - April is incredible and will make sure your wedding is everything you are dreaming of! She coordinated our wedding last year. We had a few meetings leading up to wedding where she helped us to think through all of the details and answered any questions that we had. She would send regular checklists to help us stay on track with planning. She created a very detailed timeline for the day. She handled final communications with our other vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. April and a member of her team were there for our rehearsal and our wedding day, and they brought all of the details to life beautifully and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Your Perfect Day!

I am so glad that YPD and April were a part of my wedding day! My wedding venue had an additional wedding prior to mine and I was really concerned about having enough time to turn the chapel over and get my decorations up in time for the ceremony. Having YPD there was so helpful to get the chapel turned over quickly and so my family didn't even have to worry about it! Working with April leading up to the wedding was amazing! She was so helpful to make such a detailed timeline and answer all my questions! She also did beautiful wall draping at my wedding venue! Brittney and Angie were my day of coordinators and they were amazing!!! They made sure that everything was running smoothly! Ran to get me some food from the grooms suite when I was hungry, bustled my dress so I could take photos outside in the snow, unbustled it for the ceremony just to rebustle it again for the reception. Gave me lash glue when I forgot to bring some. They even braved the very cold weather and snow so that we could get pictures outside and made sure that I had blankets to be warm. They were so attentive and just wonderful! Everyone kept telling me that I was so calm and relaxed before the wedding, but it was really because of Your Perfect Day that I was able to relax and enjoy my day!

Although we hired them as our day-of coordinator, April went above and beyond by checking in with us throughout the planning process to ensure everything was on track. She created a comprehensive timeline that incorporated every detail we wanted, and then our onsite coordinators, JoJo and Emily, executed it flawlessly on the day of the wedding. Because of their expertise and organization, the entire day flowed seamlessly, and I never had to worry about a thing. Our wedding was everything we hoped for—and I truly wouldn’t have changed a single moment. I wholeheartedly recommend Your Perfect Day to any couple looking for a smooth, stress-free wedding day!
April is truly the gold standard of wedding coordination. She is truly a veteran of her job, as she anticipates every detail, making the entire process from planning, to the wedding day itself completely stress-free and absolutely flawless. She had previously coordinated the weddings for two of my older sisters, so I knew I was in the most capable hands for my own big day! April had everything I needed for my big day. Not only does she provide spot-on vendor recommendations, but she also offers other services like decor, optional bathroom trailers, and so much more. She saved the day for numerous issues that are bound to happen on a wedding day, and did not let me worry about anything, which was absolutely wonderful. I would wholeheartedly recommend her for any wedding, big or small!
