I cannot speak to the quality of the service but there has been poor communication from YGM in Durham and they have left us scrambling to find a cleaning service for our tenant. I began reaching out to them in early December '25 with calls, and emails and heard nothing back and eventually stopped by the office and spoke with Alice. She confirmed she would be able to help us and took my information. She sent a follow-up email several days later saying they would be available to help us. The move-in date for our tenant approached and I reached out confirm the appointment in early January. Nothing. I emailed again, and nothing. Called again, nothing. I stopped by the office and spoke with one of the staff there, left my information for Alice to contact me (again) and still nothing. So we are less than a week out at this point and have heard nothing from them. We would have been regular customers and sent them a decent amount of business but it seems they do not need that.
My team Rosa and Belkis are excellent. They have provided me with diligent, quality service for over three years. Their attitude is so pleasant they feel like family. I just love them both for keeping my home so clean and tidy always.

Love Alice and her staff! Very detail oriented and personable. Polite staff that is efficient and thorough with reasonable pricing! Alice always reaches out with regularity to schedule services around my schedule. Have loved having her the last year and look forward to retaining services through YGMD!!
I originally hired You’ve Got Maids to come twice a month while I was recovering from ACL surgery. It was such a huge relief during my recovery that I decided to keep them on a monthly basis. # As a single woman working full-time and helping to care for my parents and dogs, their help felt like a luxury at first. But when I moved my 85-year-old parents in with me last year, it became an essential part of managing our new life. # It’s not just about the excellent cleaning (which they absolutely deliver). It’s about the people. Alice, the owner, is professional, accommodating, and dedicated. And Belkis and Rosa, our regular cleaners, have truly become like family. They are reliable, careful with all of my mom’s MANY knickknacks, and they always take time to talk with my parents about their lives—past and present. # Initially, my mom was hesitant about having people in the home, but now she genuinely looks forward to seeing them. Even with a language barrier, we’ve all found ways to communicate. Their compassion, curiosity, and dedication need no translation. I am so thankful for Alice, Belkis, and Rosa. # They’ve made a real difference in our lives, and I can’t recommend You’ve Got Maids highly enough.
