This is the 3rd time I've been here. The food is amazing, authentic Japanese. Theres a great selection but I couldn't resist my favourite today, the chicken terryaki set. Chicken, rice, miso soup and pickles. My daughter had the salmon terryaki set and said it was delicious. I thoroughly recommed coming here.

A very cosy and authentic Japanese restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered prawn gyoza and pork udon. Next time I’m in Manchester, I’ll definitely be back

A small cosy dinning place with authentic Japanese food, plenty of choices in the menu. Loved my salmon lover don, very fresh! Will definitely revisit for more!

It’s small but very very cosy place that feels like you’ve just finished a late shift and gone to a bar in Japan. Wonderful mood and atmosphere and the food is I think the best you can get in the uk, I had the salmon lover donburi and wow it’s like those social media videos you’d find of people in Japan it looked amazing and tasted even better!! Should definitely try if you are a Japan culture enthusiast!

The lunch menu is the highlight! The portion is big and everything is fresh! The service is attentive and the staffs are friendly. I ordered a Tendon which is a variety of Tempura with rice. The tempura dough is thin enough so that the whole dish isn’t too heavy. It could be crispier but it’s good enough for such a price (£10.5 for lunch). You can also get an appetiser and dessert for £5 more. The gyozas are homemade with fresh shrimp, super crunchy and juicy. The dessert, deep fried bananas with ice cream gives me an interesting sensation of hot and cold. All of these make me too full and I need some green tea for digestion:) The atmosphere is cool with Jazz music in the background. I am in a cozy and relaxing escape place away from the busy city. Highly recommend this little gem!
