Came in to shop for a diamond bracelet with no idea of what i actually wanted. Talisha was patient and pleasant and very knowledgeable. We found the perfect style that fit my needs and my price. If you are looking to buy jewelry and experience great customer service, come to this location ask for Talisha. I felt like I've known her for years. She's amazing and such a delight!
The other day I went into Zales in order to buy a new bracelet for my brother’s upcoming birthday. I was very nervous and worried about coming in without any prior knowledge of what I wanted to get him, and a general lack of knowledge about jewelry, but Brenna really helped ease all of my worries and helped me pick out the perfect gift! She took the time out of her day in order to explain and show all of the different options available to me and genuinely made me feel so comfortable and even confident by the end in what I was purchasing was going to be a great gift for my brother. I really appreciate her for all of her help! I definitely will be back, especially if everyone is as helpful and knowledgeable as her! Thanks again :)
Zales in Hanes Mall is one of the best places to go for jewelry! Their staff is amazing and friendly, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Anaiya is incredibly helpful and one of the nicest and most respectful associates I’ve ever met. Even when interacting with other customers or answering phone calls, her customer service remains consistent, and she truly is the light of the store. You should definitely shop with them, I’ll 100% be back!
I had the privilege of visiting the store during the beginning of January. Anaiya, was the Associate that greeted me and fostered my experience. From the time I came in, I was met with professionalism and knowledge. I was initially unsure of the cut of diamonds I wanted. Not only did she take the time to show me options, but was honest about suited my desire. she was patient, kind and polite. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I have found my diamond consultant for my future purchases! So, if you are seeking a well rounded Consultant, diverse in jewelry knowledge. Please go visit Anaiya at Zales. She is worth the trip! Okay so I called the store in search of diamond stud earrings on 1/13/26.@ 5:50 pm. A Caucasian Woman answered and she said very rudely, you need to turn down your television! What? What business greets you with an insult? I turned it down, politely apologized, proceeded to ask about the product that I was calling about! Well, I don't see them in the case she responded in an extremely insolent manner! She then said we don't have those here, you need to go online to place that order! I had initially googled the store and saw pictures of the earrings that I wanted, and they were listed at Zales, that was the reason for my call! When I say rude and dismissive, not helpful, terrible telephone etiquette! Her response should have been: "I'm sorry but we do not carry those earrings at this location, but you can go on our website online to order those".. I told her to expect this review, her response, Whatever! Y'all got salespeople speaking to a potential customer like that?? I wouldn't buy anything from there, not now, not ever! Apparently this woman did not receive the proper training for her position! Teach your sales personnel how to deliver better customer service! It speaks volumes about your Store! I Am A Reviewer!!
