The staff were very fun and friendly. My whole extended family went for a few hours and we had a blast. I will for sure come back! And a special shout out to Ricky, who made our laser tag experience exceptional!!
Fantastic experience at Zapzone Farmington! My son and his friends had a very fun time! The staff was amazing and very helpful! Each member we encountered were so kind and patient. Very clean facility. This was our first party and will definitely be back! Thank you so much 🙏
I wanted to take a moment to write about the incredible experience both myself and my client had here for our first visit to Zap Zone-Farmington. What stood out the most was not just the awesome variety of fun things to do, but the customer service. Rick was beyond helpful, and most importantly kind to both myself and my client. My client has faced so much adversity, but today was the most fun he has had in years. Rick knew how to interact with him, and it was nice to see my client smile nonstop the entire time here. I am beyond impressed, and I'm excited to come back..even if it is only by myself, lol. The go-karts, epic games, and all options are just an extra perk! :) Tom? I believe was pretty awesome too! Great atmosphere, and even better staff! Thank you for today :D
Gail and Ricky were so helpful and nice and explained the best deals. The kids loved playing laser tag with Ricky. Older facility but fun for kids and family. Take advantage of coupons and deals as it can be expensive June 2025- Positive the manager is super kind. BUT- We went today and apparently they had a field trip of what seemed like 200 kids. Unruly and rude kids. They cut in line and the staff did nothing about it. The place was trashed from them just dropping their trash. They bright their beverages and snacks into the ninja jr area. The pixel area was over crowded and they let kids cut in and take turn after turn. The laser tag was overcrowded and unsupervised. Kids would sit on the rides on their phones, so no one could use them. Very disappointing to take the family there and wasted our time and money.
It’s nice place to go with kids and teens, parking is small, the food is expensive, Go-Karts and Arcade are options that you need to pay additional, you have to buy socks to do the adventure park, one kid to do everything it’s around $55 to $65. Prices are depending on what you want them to do. But it’s a place with a lot of things to do. The kids have a lot of fun.
