Wanted to find a new place to try and this location had great reviews. I made an appointment for 2 spa pedicures with gel and had a wonderful experience. Their staff is so sweet and helpful. I wanted a more basic pedicure with gel and my friend got a beautiful dual color with flower. I enjoyed being around them and how much they wanted to elevate our experience. My friends son had a place to sit and they offered him a beverage also. We will definitely be back.
I’ve been going to Zen Nails since they opened many years ago. I’ve always appreciated supporting family-owned and operated businesses, and for a long time, they provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. My last few visits felt rushed and careless. At my most recent appointment, I actually had to return to have mistakes corrected and shockingly, I was charged an additional $20 for fixing errors that were not mine. That was deeply disappointing and not how loyal, long-time customers should be treated. Perhaps the decline in quality is due to the volume of clients they now service. It often feels like they’re stretched too thin to do their best work on each client. That said, I want to acknowledge Ella, the receptionist, who has been there for years and is always warm and professional. Teresa, the owner, is also a highly skilled and conscientious nail tech. If you’re lucky enough to book with Teresa, you’ll likely have a good experience but if not, I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. Sadly, I am not on the search for a new nail salon, but I do hope the team takes this feedback to heart and returns to the level of care and quality they once had.
Got to visit this Salon for the first time today with my sister. It was a fantastic experience! The overall vibe in the salon is mellow and welcoming. There were a few people already in the salon being serviced but we were seated for our pedicures almost immediately. We got gel pedicures, unfortunately my sister got called away on business before she could get her full set done. I however was able to stay and had mine finished. They turned out very lovely, the color and shape are exactly what I wanted. My nail tech was awesome; he listened when I told him about my nails being thin and was very gentle when filing them. The complementary beverages were a delightful addition to the experience as well. My hands and feet feel so much better than they did when I woke up today. I most certainly recommend them and will probably visit them again in the future.
Caroline did my pedicure and full set nails. She was so sweet to talk to and she did exactly what I wanted. I'm incredibly happy as this is for my wedding in 3 days. I definitely will be back! Thank you Zen Spa! Edit: The tech I've been seeing lately is Cindy and I absolutely adore her! She's gentle, sweet and fun to talk to! She always know exactly how to do what idea come into my head. We plan to start doing more creative stuff and designs and I'm excited! Love you lady!
I really enjoyed my experience at Zen Nail Spa, the women who cared for me was careful and kind and had wonderful attention to detail. I will be returning (already rebooked) as I appreciated that they took their time and did beautiful work on my nails. Updated 5/25 - After my second visit to this salon I still feel the same way I did on my initial visit. The atmosphere is relaxing and the women who work here are very kind and take their time to make sure you're nails are done right. I am glad I found this salon!
