These guys were amazing! My technician was Terrance. He was really fantastic. Professional, polite and went through the whole process before hand. Our large room smelled from dog oils which he was able to remove, making the room smell clean but not a fragrance soap smell. Just clean. My son’s room was dirty and stained with soda and food stains but it also came out clean. He did so well we did some upholstery too. Highly recommend this company!
Very dissatisfied with the company. I have used this company at least 2 to 3 times over the past 2 years. My carpet always came out perfect and clean. But this last time my carpet still looks like it's dirty and have spots in my carpet.
Had a really wonderful experience with Terrence who was knowledgeable and hard working. He took time to share tips on maintaining our carpet. I shopped around and Zerorez was within the average quoted price +/-$20z. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service and quick turnaround on the job (less than 2 hours for 5 rooms), and I anticipate using their services annually.

What a great experience! I actually got same day service with amazing, professional technicians! We had a guest dog who had lots of accidents on the bedroom carpet, so happy to have it sanitized and clean again. I would highly recommend Zerorez to everyone.
