Absolutely an incredible experience with Ziering medical. The entire staff was amazing and great to work with. 10 out of 10 Experience! From the start, it was a great experience. Chelsea explained the whole process from start to finish and laid out all of the financial options available. Although this isn't the "cheapest option" the design of the hairline as well as the overall experience and professionalism of the staff is top-notch. The nurses, the doctors, the techs are all best-in-class. Aside from Dr. Ziering's attention to detail when It came to the design, the attention and support I received from Dr. Ogbalideh (Dr. O) as she is so caring and calming during this process. They also have the latest innovation in that they are able to bank my stem cells using Acorn and create my own secretome for maintenance. This is a personalized Exosome product made from my own stem cells! FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE!!!
At 65 years of age my hair started thinning as well as eye-bows. My dermatologist recommended Ziering Medical after attempting some topicals and other treatments. I made an appointment with Chelsea Best who took care of everything from setting up my consultation, how to prep before surgery and all post op questions after surgery, the consultation was with Dr Ziering, he explained everything that would be involved, the surgery, cost and length of time it would take before I would see the results. Day of the surgery, sit back relax you are in good hands, everyone made me feel at ease, they were professional and courteous, you are treated like royalty. All I can say is thank you to Dr Ziering, his assistant Heather who went out of her way to make sure everything went smooth, Chelsea, and the entire team at Ziering Medical, I am just an average working guy and very grateful that the Ziering Medical group took the time to make sure my wife of 35 years will still be able to run her hands through my hair. Having been sat on the fence for a number of months about whether to get a hair transplant, it wasn't until I came across Dr Ziering and his team, that I took the plunge and had the work done. I did my research like most men probably would. For hair replacement surgery. From my dermatologist to friends and family to random strangers helped me research as well. Dr. Ziering’s practice kept coming up in conversation. I wasn’t comfortable going overseas as I had read and observed the failed procedures that devastated the patients. After my consultation request was made online, a sales coordinator named Chelsea Best reached out immediately. I was in her office with Dr Ziering going over my options and potential plan of action less than a week later. The comfort level I felt with Dr. Ziering and Chelsea Best was the deal maker. I signed up and was doing my procedure a week later. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was impressive to say the least. His surgical and follow up staff are equally impressive. Two weeks later, my coverage already shows a vast improvement. A very special thank you to Dr Ziering and his whole team. You’ve gained an advocate out of me which is why I’m posting this.
