My dog has been attending Zoom Room in Long Beach for about two months, and it’s been a great experience all around. The instructors are so attentive and really take the time to understand each dog’s needs and personality. We’ve done obedience, agility, and playgroup classes, and every one of them has been positive and fun. The structure of each class is great starting with a warm-up, then working through different skills to keep the dogs engaged. It’s also been a wonderful place for my dog to practice her social skills in a safe, supportive environment. The customer service is excellent, and I really appreciate the attention to detail, from the great selection of snacks to how the staff makes a genuine effort to learn both your name and your pup’s. Overall, Zoom Room has been such a rewarding experience for both of us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, professional, and friendly training space!
The trainers at Zoom Room are amazing! Helpful and patient with my Maltese pup. She loved the under-vaccinated puppy class and benefited so much from socialization at only 10 weeks of age. She’s not afraid of any dogs and shows no aggressive tendencies. Thank you Zoom Room!
Invest in this time with your dog! I highly recommend the Zoom Room method for obedience training it's worked great with my Cavalier King Charles puppy. We started at 4 months, and now at 9 months he is the sweetest little guy. He listens to commands, walks great on a leash, and even learning agility skills! The instructors at the LB Willow location are kind and extremely knowledgeable. We bought the 52 class package and have no regrets. Excellent service, training, and a great community of folks to be a part of. Thanks, Zoom Room!
Zoom Room has been a great experience for our whole family. We have attended 5 classes so far. The staff is very knowledgable, friendly, and supportive. One of my favorite things about zoom room is that they are force free and do not use nor promote equipment that harms dogs such as choke and prong collars. We have learned so much and look forward to attending more classes!
So, we decided to take our 3 month old puppy here and we LOVE IT! Rocky loves it also. Tons of great tips with training and very kind staff/owners as well. We purchased the VIP package and best purchase ever. They also have really good treats and toys to purchase, without the ridiculous price spike!
