I want to thank Joe and your staff for always taking Great care of my husband and I. We had an existing ring that we had Joe fix into a mother's day ring. WOW, it turned out beautiful! I love my new mother's day ring. Joe help create for me. He takes the time with his clients and listens to what they would like and does his magic. Fantastic! Brought in some items for an insurance appraisal — they were extremely thorough and inventoried each item I brought in. They provided an estimate for the appraisal and allowed me to make changes as seen fit. They also kept me updated along the way with texts! In addition, they were able to replace a few watch batteries and adjust sizing :) thank you Z’s Fine Jewelry! 10/10 recommend
So thankful for Joe and the Z team. The whole experience was so smooth and warm from the beginning. I went into resize my ring and redesign my wife’s ring for Christmas and Joe was able to give me all the information I needed and help me to make the right choice that fit our needs. Joe at Z Jewelry did an amazing job patiently helping my husband and I design my new wedding set. It turned out AMAZING! He also appraised, repaired and cleaned pieces I have wanted to take care of for so long. He made it super easy! He also gave me a fair price on old gold and silver jewelry I never wore anymore.
