Rented Marin Highlands bike. Mechanics and staff were wonderful in setting things up and even mounting a rack I brought. Biked to Long beach and around Catalina island for two days, and bike bike performed great! Oz was great. Highly recommend this place. Thanks!! I popped in here needing a tiny piece to get my bike rolling. They were super happy to dig through their spare parts to find it, and got me rolling so I could do my ride, even though I didn't spend any money (yet!). I also chatted with them about some of the bike brands they carry, and bike rentals (since I am visiting from SF). I am stoked to have them nearby for future visits! Seems like a great shop.
Great service!! They were able to help with a stripped pedal and installed training wheels for my son’s bike. All done within an hour!
I had an amazing experience at 2 Peaks Bikes! The team here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they immediately made me feel at ease. Their professionalism really stand out!! On top of the excellent service, their prices are very fair and even lower than I expected compared to other shops in LA. They go above and beyond, and even surprised me with a free Red Bull while I waited, such a thoughtful touch that shows how much they care about their customers! If you’re looking for a shop that combines expert knowledge, great prices, and genuine hospitality, 2 Peaks Bikes is the place to go. Highly recommended! 🚴♂️✨
First off, let me tell you that as soon as I walked in, Spencer greeted me with the warmest welcome. The service here is awesome, and I felt truly cared for from step a to z for the process of fixing my bike and replacing the tubes. Even before i arrived, Spencer offered expert advice over text as to what the issues with my bike were and how to fix it. I knew i would be well taken care of coming in the store. I would come here just to hang out. The store is clean, smells great, and has a wide variety of what I expect to be top of the line bike equipment. I would give these guys my business again any day, they deserve it and the quality of product and service is there 100%. Thank you 2 Peaks Bike for teaching me so much about how to take care of my bike and providing the best experience.
