I’m honestly shocked at how bad the locker rooms and restrooms are at this 24 Hour Fitness location. Overflowing trash, used paper towels all over the floor, dirty stalls and visible buildup around toilets and showers. This isn’t a one time thing it looks like regular cleaning is being ignored. A gym is about health and hygiene and this feels unsafe and unacceptable for a place people pay monthly for. It’s hard to focus on a workout when basic sanitation isn’t being met. Management seriously needs to step up because this level of neglect drives members away. Until this is addressed, I wouldn’t recommend using the locker rooms at all.
Women’s locker room is still a hot mess! The excuse is that there is not a FEMALE STAFF MEMBER ON DUTY. HELLOOOOO - place a sign stating it’s closed, get it cleaned and open it back up. Surprised no one hasn’t gotten sick. The floor of the hot tub needs a thorough cleaning, the pool on the deep end the ladder railing need to be secured. This was yesterday 11/16/2025.
if I can give a negative I would for this location it smells so bad. The sewage near the bathroom area stinks so bad some thing ain’t right . It’s always overcrowded ( only men only ) half but mostly all the machines don’t work, old as hell & this is not just Fulton location. This is all 24 hour locations. They’re dusty they’re nasty. The employees who are the trainers only stand around and talk. they should be cleaning when they’re not doing anything. Aren’t you guys a team? Isn’t this your business? Aren’t you guys supposed to keep it clean together? Who the The customers that come in? I’m just saying if you guys need teambuilding exercise let me know. I’m your girl. Let’s schedule one because the whole 24 hour fitness in Sacramento needs to be on one accord because this place is disgusting and I want my money back.
I’m really disappointed with the state of this 24 Hour Fitness on Fulton. It honestly hurts to see how much it has gone downhill. Back in 2017–2018, this was one of the cleanest and best-maintained gyms in Sacramento — a place I truly enjoyed coming to. Now, it’s the complete opposite. Most of the machines are broken or out of order, and the entire gym is filthy. There’s dust everywhere, debris on the floors, and it just feels neglected. I don’t know who the manager is, but they really need to step up, do a deep clean, and stay on top of maintenance. This used to be a great gym, and it’s sad to see it in such poor condition.
