Gym is well maintained. Harold specifically helped my mom a lot especially with communicating in Vietnamese. He hooked up my mom with a good price and was extremely kind the while experience
I've always had a pleasant experience here. The staff are friendly and equipment is versatile! Some machines are down but they'll be able to get it fixed soon I believe!
My friend and I had a 3-day pass. We first came around midnight on Tuesday and entered the gym without any issues. The staff member on duty gave us a good membership offer, and we told him we would come back after taking some time to think about it. When we returned today, a different staff member told us that the pass does not allow access after 9:00 PM. This restriction was never mentioned to us, and we could not find it stated anywhere on the website when we obtained the pass. Additionally, the membership offer we were given today was significantly higher than the one offered the previous day. Because of the inconsistent information and pricing, we decided to leave and share this experience. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
This review is for Mikey and Kang only due to my membership incident. The gym itself, the rest of the staff, and the gym community are still amazing to me. It's unfortunate that I had to cancel my membership on the spot the moment I realized that they were trying to scam me. I have been a member since May of 2021, loyal customer, never missed a payment, payments were always on autopay. You would think they'd value customers like these, but I guess not. I came in on a regular gym day for me but I decided I wanted to downgrade my membership into the cheapest one I could get before I start my work out so I proceeded to see someone to help me with the downgrade and there was Mikey, offering to help. He asked Kang on how to convert my membership into a cheaper one and Kang replied "that method doesn't work right now". Meaning, it is possible but it just wasn't working at the moment. So Mikey asked him when will it be back up, and Kang replied that he doesn't know. From that moment, it seemed to me that I was already being set up. Before we could even begin the procedure/changes, Kang whispered something to him which I thought was sketchy before Mikey proceeded to help me. We then proceeded to sign me up for a cheaper monthly but Mikey has never showed me all the Tiers of the memberships before signing me up into a "cheaper" membership but with me trusting him, I just kept going along with all the offers he was telling me about. He then signed me up into a "cheaper" monthly which was the $32.79 with a 54.99 annual fee which I couldn't and cannot find anywhere on their membership tiers by the way. As I was freshly signed up on this "cheaper membership", I started calculating and comparing my original membership with the new one he signed me up for and I realized I wasn't truly saving much so then I proceeded to tell him and he finally told me about the Great Value 19.99 which I also found on my phone when I searched for their membership tiers with a $300 down payment and I agreed. But me being a loyal customer, I assumed he would really help me save and just be honest from the start but that was not the case. I had to figure it out on my own before he offered it to me. Meaning, if I did not find their cheapest membership, he would have never let me know and I know now it was all business for him and his co worker Kang, they don't truly value their loyal customers so I definitely learned a lesson that day. No matter how "cool" or "nice" they seem, it's never the reality. On top of that, he was rushing to sign me up into a "cheaper/new" membership without telling me that I would lose and never be able to get back all my Fitness Perks back that I have acquired throughout the years I have been working out if I sign up into a cheaper/newer membership. I was told by Mikey that my original membership would be completely gone but he then later on told me if I wanted my perks back, I would have to stay on my original membership. That right there just showed me that he was NOT trying to help me at all. He even told me that I was the only person that asked about the perks which made me even more upset because I have the right to want my fitness perks back that I have EARNED throughout the years and he made it seem like I should just let them go and move on. That just shows that THEY DID NOT want to sign me up into a cheaper membership and was playing in my face the whole time. The betrayal that I felt that day, I will never forget. I had to let my membership go because these people has no loyalty to their loyal customers, no integrity, and no morals. Please be mindful before signing up with these individuals, make sure you do all of your researches first, ask a lot of questions, and make sure you are firm with what you want. They can spin you around and manipulate the situation if you don't stay on top of it.
Ray has been an awesome night staff associate! Super friendly! He always keeps the place super clean and is super friendly . More so as someone who has to have a service dog when I come to the establishment, he has always been very top of being respectful towards us and supportive of anything we need. Definitely a 10/10 employee and makes me feel less anxious about coming here with a service animal.
