🚨🚨 DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE 🚨🚨 I have been going to this place for more than two years now, and for some time their service has been disappointing. I recently had a tire replaced with a used one, and the very next day I noticed it was bulging from the sides, making it very dangerous to drive. This is not the first time they have given me the wrong tire, and I’m tired of wasting my money and time here. I will not be returning. On top of that, the staff often try to overcharge, even for simple services like tire rotation.
I initially called this tire shop and was quoted $100, for a full tire replacement. After traveling a long way to get to their location, they suddenly changed the price to $150 once we were there. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is really disappointing and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for honesty and reliability. Definitely consider going elsewhere to avoid the same hassle we had.
I called to inquire about an alignment price. The staff member gave me a price, and when I mentioned a Groupon coupon for $44.99, he replied that that’s the amount I would pay. His tone was very dismissive, almost aggressive, and he insisted that the coupon is the price. I’d rather pay more and go elsewhere than deal with this level of service again. Not recommended.
I have been using 24 /7 for years now and with my baby "The Red Chrysler 300" I don't let just anybody fool with it. Louis is for my daytime service and Andre is there at night so and if they are not oon duty I will come back another tday are time. Don't get me wrong the other mehanics are good too. But my Red Chrysler only wants the Best.
I definitely suggest this place. Thank you to Cutty the manager, Chuck, and James for their assistance during my first visit here. They ensured that I had a new tire on the rear and a rim on the front, and that there were no further difficulties with my automobile tires. I greatly appreciate them. They were patient with me. They were courteous and understanding. If you go here, ask for them. They will get you in and out of there. But I'm not sure what I did to the personnel there because I've never met them; this is my first visit there today, and they didn't want to help me. Despite being told to assist me, they went out of their way to assist others and even sat in front of me. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of helping others, but I would never do that to anyone.
