Great place and excellent service. They served me from my car without me having to get out, and they checked the air pressure in all my tires at a good price.
This place is incredibly convenient and did a great job fixing 2 of my tires! I think his name is John, but he went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly, and he was knowledgeable. Best part.... The process were cheapest I have seen AAANNND they are open late. I will be going back with any other issues I might have and Definitely recommend it. Google maps took me to the wrong entrance, btw.... The this ship is located by that little convenience store, right next to it ... Not in the middle of the big car lot!
I had a used tire installed just 17 days ago, and that exact tire blew out while I was driving home after a storm at 1 AM. I was stranded in the dark, scared, and grateful my daughter wasn’t in the car. When I first called the shop to explain what happened, Jordan hung up on me immediately. Later, when I called back, I was met with disrespect, gaslighting, and blatant sexism by that same employee. At first, I tried to explain the situation but Jordan repeatedly asked if I was drunk, which was not only offensive but completely uncalled for. His tone was dismissive and accusatory from the start. Once he started disrespecting me, I was absolutely not calm anymore. I stood up for myself because I was being talked down to, belittled, and ignored simply because I’m a woman. My friend, who works on cars and attends local car meets, was on the phone and heard everything. When I brought him up, Jordan insisted on speaking directly with him and repeatedly said he no longer wanted to talk to me, further proving that he had no respect for my voice or experience. Jordan then claimed he had noticed rim damage and a faulty sensor when installing the tire something he never mentioned to me at the time. He said he “did me a favor” by not charging the extra $100 and blamed those issues for the blowout. That’s not a favor that’s negligence. If something could’ve made the car unsafe, I should’ve been told. He put me and my daughter’s lives at risk by not disclosing it. According to automotive industry standards and AI recommendations, a good used tire should last between 1 to 3 years. This tire lasted only 17 days. He also accused me of wanting free service, which was never the case. I wasn’t asking for anything free I just wanted the issue fixed and taken seriously. Instead, he offered me half off another used tire but only after he hadn’t showed up at the quoted time and felt a discount was necessary. I never asked for a discount in the first place. This business clearly relies on Houston’s rough roads as a blanket excuse to justify poor service, defective products, and a complete lack of accountability. But bad roads aren’t an excuse for disrespecting women, withholding critical safety information, and refusing to stand behind your work. If anyone else has felt scammed, dismissed, or endangered after doing business with this shop, I encourage you to file a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) at www.nhtsa.gov. No one should have to go through this, especially not mothers trying to keep their children safe. I will never return here. And I strongly advise other women and anyone who values safety, honesty, or respect to stay far away
Shredded a tire on an SUV on the Katy Pkwy. We were over 2 hours from home 9:00 PM. A phone call to the rental place and our car insurance turned up empty. We googled 24 hour tire repair near us and this was the first one to pop up. They were polite, professional, and quick! We were back on the road literally in an hour. Would definitely use them again if we had the need and in the area!
