I had a last minute job that needed immediate attention, and when I called, Candice took the time to share her expert advice regarding my water heater. She recommended an upgrade, something I already knew was necessary but had been putting off. Not only did Candice and her team complete the job that same weekend, they also ensured all plumbing and piping were up to NYC code. I’ll definitely continue working with this team on future projects.
Lemme tell you. I had a bad day. Our plumber cancelled last minute, so our perfectly choreographed dance of water shutoff -> plumber fix sink --> countertop guys fix counters -> clean apartment -> stage apartment -> photograph apartment -> list apartment -> sell apartment was all shattered when our original plumber called in sick. A crisis. Who comes to our rescue but Candace. She gets a plumber to our house in Brooklyn in 45 MINUTES, he does the job in 45 MINUTES, and they get the hell outta my place so that the countertop guys can work. A+, no notes. It was expensive but hey, I said I need it right now, and they got someone RIGHT NOW.
I cannot recommend these services enough. We run a small business and we were in desperate need of a plumber at 2:30 in the morning. Candace answered our call and was incredibly professional and reassuring and she sent Roberto to the rescue quickly. Roberto was wonderful-- he did not stop until he figured out the problem (and that was no easy feat). He was kind, patient, and thorough; he truly was everything you could wish for in your lowest moment. We're grateful for 24 Hour Emergency Plumbing and we'll be calling them first the next time we have any plumbing needs.
I will recommend 24 Hr. Emergency Plumbing for any plumbing issues. My kitchen sink was clogged and the drain pipe was cracked. I was looking for a plumbing company that could resolve the issue the same day. Roberto was able to unclog the kitchen drain pipe and replace the cracked pipe for a new one. He was very thorough and and completed the task in a timely manner. Thank you so much!
