Mohammed and Aamir attended to our problem and had it all resolved within hours of calling. It was a simple plumbing leak that led to a complicated airlock in our heating system but the boys worked hard to resolve it all. Costs were relatively high but needs must, and they were transparent about it from the start. No hesitation in recommending if you need a plumber and heating engineer in a hurry.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service from start to finish. Responded quickly to a burst pipe that was causing water damage and fixed the issue efficiently and professionally. The problem was clearly explained, the damaged pipe was replaced properly, and everything was tested to make sure there were no further leaks. Very knowledgeable, tidy, and reliable. Highly recommend for any plumbing repairs!
I called AJ as cistern was faulty and leaking into the toilet bowl. He came within the hour and fixed it. AJ explained everything well. He is very conscientious and showed respect for the house. He also showed explained some other things related to plumbing in the house. Which was very helpful. I would use AJ anytime. I am Glad I found a good plumber!
I cannot recommend AJ highly enough. Professional, calming, knows what he is doing and fixed the issues in one visit. AJ came to an emergency call out quickly and did a thorough assessment of what the issue could be. He explained everything and found and resolved the problems. He clearly knows what he is doing and I will be using his company again without hesitation.
Excellent service from Amir. We had a cistern failure and a flooded bathroom floor on a Saturday morning. We phoned Amir and he was with us within an hour. He solved the problem quickly, efficiently, and was extremely pleasant and polite. It was a very reasonable price. We recommend him most highly. (I hope we we don't have to call him out again, but if we do, we'll be delighted to see him!)
