Awesome job! After months of researching thoroughly several roof contractors for my home, I chose 314 Roofing. Randy Ruzanski was the Sales Representative for my project, and he patiently answered multiple questions that I had concerning the whole job. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, and it was reflected by the staff and workers who completed the job on my home. As a bonus, My neighbors complimented my beautiful new roof which made me happy as well! This company is top notch and you can trust them to handle this important investment in the care of your home.
Excellent work! Great communication during the process. They did exactly what they said they would do. Guys were on their hands and knees picking up the final bits of debris in the dark. When the sun came up I had a hard time finding any debris left behind. All parts of the process was smooth.
I recently had my roof completely replaced by 314 Roofing, and all I can say is WOW. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. My first phone call was with Joyce Ann, who was friendly, patient, and made everything easy to understand. Then Randy came out to provide the estimate, and he was extremely thorough and informative. When it came time for the actual installation, Jose and his crew did an incredible job, and Monica was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. A lot of people looking for a roofing company are already dealing with a stressful situation for example: storm damage, aging shingles, or trying to prevent bigger issues. It can be overwhelming, and it’s hard to know which contractors will actually deliver on their promises. 314 Roofing truly does. They were professional, honest, straightforward, and genuinely cared about the safety of my property, my family, and their own crew. The quality of their work and the customer service were both exceptional. I highly recommend 314 Roofing for any roofing project. Randy at 314 won us over with his friendliness and a thorough inspection of the roof. He patiently walked us through our options and answered all of our questions fully. Also he got along with our German Shepard. Jose and his crew were very professional and took care of business from the moment they arrived. Jose made sure to keep us informed throughout the roof replacement and made sure all was done correctly. We would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
Our experience has been great w/ 314 Solutions. We worked with Bryan Keefe & They know customer service!! Quality product too! Answered any & all questions, explained more than other companies when we initially spoke w 2 other roofing businesses. We had a couple things needed to complete the job & it was a smooth process. We had photos before, during & after too. We were impressed a manager was on site the whole time our roof was replaced. We are so glad we no longer have to worry about rain leaking & hope our electric bill reflects the improvements! We are recommending them to anyone looking for professionalism, quality work & materials with above & beyond customer service!
