We called these guys out back in March 24. I requested an invoice for work on countless (5) occasions for insurance purposes that didn’t materialise. They took our lovely panelled bath apart and broke it so it wouldn’t go back despite the leak being nowhere near that. We’ve just the bath panel refitted and one of the taps they fitted last year have started spinning!! They also fitted unmatching taps in the bath and sink! We have a lovely old cottage. They fitted traditional bath taps then a completely different and modern mixer tap in the sink! They also said we needed to have our whole pipe system replaced in the kitchen. So glad we didn’t go ahead and got another opinion instead. They were mainly concerned with referring a guy to deal with the insurance claim on our behalf. They did fix our leaking stop tap and that’s fine. They also replaced a leaking pipe in the kitchen which we haven’t had any further issues with. They were friendly enough guys we just weren’t happy with the standard of work and lack of invoicing or receipts. I should have posted a review much sooner but wasn’t keen on adding a negative review, however I think about this regularly, feel disgruntled and feel future customers should be aware of our experience.
We came back from holiday and found our boiler leaking through our ceiling. We called Arthur and he came round straight away and gave us an honest and thorough evaluation of the situation. Arthur came back and fitted our new boiler within 48 hours and was professional, diligent and efficient throughout. We highly recommend Arthur’s services to anyone, he was great
We've used their engineers a few times at my business venues and I can't recommend them more highly. Artis, Ben, Mario, and Arthur (and others I can't remember their names) ... every single one of them have been very professional and calmed a stressful situation. I recommend them to everyone that needs a plumber!
I had a gas leak in my kitchen that needed urgent attention, and I also needed my boiler serviced. Ben came round quickly and got everything sorted to a high standard. He was professional, efficient, and reassuring throughout. I'm really pleased with the work and very relieved that it was dealt with so promptly – I would definitely recommend!
I needed someone to identify and fix a leak, and Arthur and his team were on the case the same day. They quickly found the leak, and we had to replace the boiler cylinder. The work was completed in a timely manner, and Arthur kept me well updated throughout. I would definitely recommend them!
