I can't say enough good things about Vincent. When we had an urgent case, he responded immediately to the request and was on-site incredibly fast. He was friendly and took the time to explain the problem in a clear, straightforward way, which allowed us to make an educated decision. We’d been told the state of our downstairs AC unit meant our only option was to replace it, which we couldn’t do, and that the upstairs unit just wasn’t able to handle the heat of August in Texas. A relative gave 4 Seasons a call. Vincent arrived within a couple of hours and assessed our situation. After checking the units in the sweltering attic heat and then outside, he detailed how both up- and downstairs units were compromised and that the best solution truly was to replace. However, working with the budget afforded us, he agreed to repair and warrant them for a limited, yet generous time. He’d come to our home during the time he had before a scheduled client and needed to go, but not before getting the upstairs to start cooling enough for some relief overnight. He called when he got home that night to check that it was indeed cooling! He returned with his crew the following afternoon, and they worked into the night. A new thermostat was installed. They took apart the units, cleaned or replaced the parts, put them together again, and serviced the entire system. Vincent followed up the next morning. It was obvious that Vincent and his team must take great pride in their work. They weren’t selling. They were problem solving and doing it with professionalism, honesty, and skill. Vincent explained each step. We appreciate their expert repair, and even more so the consideration, fairness, and kindness Vincent led with throughout the process. What a blessing! With their good work ethic, good will, and good results, this team at 4 Seasons has won our business.
