We had our wedding at 42West and we had a wonderful experience with them. We primarily worked with Halley, who was communicative, flexible (even when it down poured minutes before our ceremony), and did a great job bringing our vision to life. She was also genuinely lovely and fun to work with. The space was perfect for our needs and we loved the warm industrial feel and the mix of spaces including the courtyard area. We also loved that we did not need to bring in much decor and could take advantage of the aesthetic elements that were already a part of the venue, and their extensive in-house decor items. A unique thing about 42West is how transparent they are around pricing, and how much flexibility we had to put together our own team of outside vendors that worked for us and our budget. We really appreciated that! I would definitely recommend 42West, and I hope to have an occasion to come back some time!
42 West Entertainment Group—THANK YOU for the night of a lifetime! We hosted our 40th birthday celebration and vow renewal with over 300 guests—and this venue SHOWED OUT. From the cocktail hour to the main event, the layout was absolutely perfect. We utilized all three spaces seamlessly and gave our guests an experience they’ll never forget. Special shoutout to Lauren, Halley and the entire 42 West team—you were phenomenal to work with! When another venue fell through at the last minute, you all stepped in without hesitation and executed our vision flawlessly. From the planning stages to the final toast of the night, your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence were unmatched. The venue was accessible, stylish, and flowed effortlessly for our large crowd. While parking was our only initial concern, it ended up working out just fine thanks to great communication to our guests . I got married at 42West in September 2024 and I'm convinced it's the best wedding venue in Atlanta. Lauren is incredible and went above & beyond to help us execute a beautiful cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception (plus an amazing afterparty). We booked the venue a year in advance, and every time we came back to visit in the meantime, Lauren had made a new upgrade to the space - she expanded the bridal suite, acquired the Annex and Gallery, and expanded her furniture & decor inventory. She really took the time to understand our vision for the evening, and we valued her input & advice throughout the planning process. Other than a last name sign, we had ZERO decor budget - Lauren recreated my Pinterest board vision entirely from her own inventory. 42West's flexibility allowed us to plan an extremely personalized evening with minimal logistical stress, and their team expertly managed setup & vendor coordination. If you're comparing against other venues, 42West's biggest differentiators are: 1) No nickel-and-diming. We paid a flat price for unlimited event time and there are no surprise operational fees or taxes added on top. 2) Decor assistance. We had a low decor budget and did not prioritize aesthetics, but the wedding was still gorgeous thanks to 42West's variety of beautiful spaces and extensive furniture & decor inventory. 3) Flexibility. Lauren was very accommodating, and all venue rules are reasonable and did not feel restrictive in the slightest. We LOVED hosting our afterparty in the 42West Annex - it was one of the biggest highlights of the day - but this wouldn't have been possible at most ITP venues due to a combination of space constraints, end-time rules, or noise restrictions.
2024 BRIDE REVIEW!!! I have been to numerous events at 42West and the beauty is you can make the space look HOWEVER YOU WANT! It is one of the only venues that allow you to achieve all different styles (rustic, modern, classic, FUN!) Lauren (the owner) has a HUGE inventory of specially curated pieces that she will allow you to mix and match however you please (which is rare in Atlanta!!!) 42West has 3 event spaces and we used all of them for my engagement party turned surprise wedding. We used the Annex as our cocktail hour space and went with whites, black, and natural tones (SoHo House was the inspiration - we used almost solely Lauren's inventory and it was perfect). We were also able to grab a few pictures on the patio before it rained! Had the weather not been bad, we would've expanded our cocktail hour out into the gorgeous space. We used the Gallery as our ceremony room and I LOVED how white, warm, and romantic it looked. Lastly, we used the Main Room as our reception space and we went with a very fun & modern look with a lot of white and silver, pops of red and light pink, and of course, utilizing her video wall - IT MADE THE ENTIRE SPACE!!!!! Lauren and Halley made the planning process so easy and I cannot recommend working with these ladies enough!!! They will be right there beside you the entire way making sure every detail is perfect. My husband and I live in West Midtown, and it was super important to us to have a venue that showcased our lifestyle in Atlanta. We couldn't have achieved that without Lauren, Halley, the crew at 42West, and this beautiful venue!!! THANK YOU for being a part of our special day!!
