Just all around great service as Mike and Matt were great. I also could not believe how fast there products work as I could not u destined why I had ants in my brand new home, Mike did not waste time educating me and also Matt did not mind giving me all the details on what they do and how there products work. Just all around professional people with great customer service.
I have got to let you know. I had the best experience with 901 Pest Control. First, they educated me. I never knew that one little creature that makes its way inside produces 50 to 60 more. The tech they sent me whose name was Adam was great! He was knowledgeable, detailed, personable, and brought a great spirit with him. The kind that says he cares about what I am experiencing. He took care of every nook and cranny. I watched his every move, he was thorough. I even requested some additional areas and like Santa, he said not a word but went straight to work. Our very last conversation was a question that he asked, " Would there be anything else?" he said. Thank you for doing your job above my expectation. We’ve been using 901 Pest Control for over 4 years now. We recently had the pleasure of having Matt Parker to complete our quarterly services. He was polite and very thorough with the pest and rodent services/inspections. Matt answered all of the questions and concerns that I had with great detail as well. Overall, all the staff members at 901 Pest Control are friendly and great. We would highly recommend this company.
Drew the inspector was great. He explained everything that needed done and made it easy to understand. Matthew did the treatments and he was wonderful. He explained even more and made the outside of my house look great when he removed all the wasps nests. First time I felt safe. Thanks so much! Would recommend 901 pest to everyone
