I love coming to Jeanette. She discusses with you what you want to do with your hair. She gives honest opinions if your hair will be right for that style. Highly recommend her.
I had an excellent experience and am so happy with the results. This was honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. The stylist was highly professional, listened carefully, and delivered exactly what I wanted. The salon was very clean and comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their work and their clients. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a high-quality haircut and professional service.
My experience at Salon 921 is always wonderful. I am given time and attention and appreciate the results! Sylvia has been my hair stylist for many years and is fantastic.
I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I was serviced Dec 9th. I received a hair cut and spiral perm. Everything started off great. I did a lot of research and asked a ton of questions. I was assured my hair could be permed. My stylist knew I was having ankle surgery 2 days later. A when I was finally able to wash my hair, I followed my stylist exact directions. My hair in fact did not stay looking the way it did the day of service. It took days of calling and emailing. They finally responded and offered to redo my hair. GREAT (so I thought). I ended up having to reschedule because I was not cleared to drive. We set a new appt date. They called me and rescheduled. I corporated. My appt day came up and I had a big family emergency so I called to ask if I could come in the next day because there was no way I was going to be able to make it and hold myself together. The lady on the other end of the phone was not sympathetic at all!!!! She very rudely interrupted me and said if I didn't show up I would just have to pay for the service. Mind you the hair cut is very blunt and uneven and the perm did not hold the way I was told it would. The attitude I was met with was extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER go to this salon again and I will NEVER refer someone here. Now I'm out $150, I look stupid, and my hair is ruined.
Jeanette is awesome! She always listens to what I want and does it better than I could ask for. She has great ideas if I want to try something new, especially with color. She’s reasonably priced and very professional with her work. Plus she’s just a good person, which makes a difference. I’ve been going to her for a couple of years and I can’t say enough good about her.
