First thing, everyone was very nice during the visit. However, I went in for a consult, X-rays, and a cleaning, and decided to go with another dentist. They then billed me $2500 claiming the services just cost that much. This is the epitome of taking advantage of people. Walking away with just having a cleaning done and spending $2500 is absolutely absurd. While the technician was nice, the deep cleaning left me with a longer recovery time than two root canals. I went in with two problem teeth, and they ended up wanting to do everything other than those teeth because the dentist wanted a second opinion. It feels like the dentist should be able to make a diagnosis and issue treatment. I definitely came here due to the good reviews but my experience with this office is definitely not positive. I don’t recommend this office at all due to their business practices.
A+ dentistry has been awesome! I hadn’t been to the dentist in over a year, so they took a full scan of my mouth and explained in detail every step I should take to improve my hygiene and any procedures they recommended. They were transparent on each service and did not try to sell me anything. All of the work I’ve had done by them was high quality, and the staff has been warm and friendly. The atmosphere is also relaxing and laid back! Their hygiene department is awesome and highly informative as well. Highly recommend!
These guys are the best! I had a broken front tooth, eesh! So embarrassing! They got me in right away and did a thorough exam, explained all my options and gave me a lot of great information about ALL of my teeth that I didn’t know. It was a quick and painless procedure and they told me what to expect the whole time. They took extra time and steps to make sure I was comfortable the whole visit. It was WAY less expensive than I was expecting it to be. Overall the feeling I got from all the staff was friendliness, calm and competence. I really appreciate these true professionals for making me feel so light in their office. I don’t have insurance and don’t make a lot of money, so dental care goes on the back burner. But after this visit I feel more able to confront the problems and handle them. I will definitely be back here. They have a new patient for life.
Dental treatment here is phenomenal! I haven’t been to a dentist in over 15 years and went straight in for a full deep clean + a couple cavities filled over 2 visits. The staff make you feel extremely welcomed and are great at explaining everything they are going to do with your visit and future ones to come. I came in with fear and left with confidence that I can trust them with the rest of my future dental healthcare needs. Thanks a+ Family Dentistry!
From the first appointment in the waiting room, the first few trips to this office were unforgettable. I filled out the new patient questionnaire and there were very personable questions and sections for you to express your anxieties or communicate your needs. The front office staff, dental assistants, and doctors are all welcoming, friendly, and you can tell they love their job. When I'm there, I never feel like a bother. I needed a root canal (my first one) and was pretty nervous. Everyone was comforting and kind. The consultation regarding the cost of treatment put me at ease because they were transparent about necessary procedures and the out of pocket costs. I was between choosing A+ Family Dentistry and another facility that quoted less for the root canal and crown treatment, and after the initial consultation, I couldn't stop thinking about how trustworthy and impressively comfortable I was with the people in this office. It has definitely been worth the extra $300 for a quality experience. Dr. Victor was very thorough in the procedure, and did an overall painless job! He was very easy to talk to and ask questions about what exactly he was doing.
