I actually found A&M Automotive by accident — I meant to drop my car off at the shop next door (Nice Guys), but I’m honestly so glad I didn’t move it once I realized my mistake. A&M Automotive replaced my ball joints and also replaced my engine oil pan, which was leaking. What really stood out to me was their honesty and transparency. Just the Monday before, I had taken my car to the dealership for an oil change. They told me there was a leak and wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee to find it. Turns out, the leak wasn’t a cooler line like they suspected — it was actually the oil pan from the oil change they had just done. So unfortunately, I ended up paying for an oil change twice. That experience was honestly the final sign that I won’t be returning to the dealership, especially since my car is no longer under warranty. A&M Automotive made the whole experience stress-free. They took pictures and videos before doing any work so I could clearly see what needed to be fixed and understand exactly what they were doing. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. I feel safe, comfortable, and confident in the work they provided. I called around to several places trying to find someone to diagnose why my Dodge Durango wouldn’t start, but I kept getting the runaround for days. I’m not sure if it was due to the holidays, but it was very frustrating. I then contacted this company and scheduled an appointment online for the next day. My vehicle was ready within two days, exactly as stated on their website. I truly appreciated that there were no charges unless I approved the work—no surprise or last-minute bills. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I really have to say Thankyou to the young lady at the front desk she was very helpful and professional which is rare to find now a days in repair shops. Thanks for the great experience.
Went into A&M to get an oil change for my 2024 Lexus IS because the Lexus dealership here fully booked and don’t do walk ins. I’m here working on a contract and don’t want to drive back with the oil change light on. So I looked up a few places and A& M had awesome reviews. And they did not disappoint.
