The shop was very straightforward and direct. They were prompt and addressed my vehicle quickly. They were honest and gave me a professional opinion as to the extent of the damages and erred on the side of caution as to performing a service that may cause more damage. Very honest highly recommend
Super honest had a check engine light they looked at it and changed the fluid in the transmission. Said transmission was good just to 20,000 mile maintenance to keep an eye on it. Could have said transmission was bad but we're honest sensor is only $160 part. Was chatting with a customer while I waited he was so delighted with the work they had did. Definitely bringing my car here in the future. Honest macanic shops are hard to come bye. Transmission mission issues Definitely bring it here.
I will never have confidence in this company ever again. I took my truck in to be proactive on my maintenance because it displayed a sensor light sensor A on the transmission. Dropped off my truck the first week of July for this sensor light and the company sold me on a transmission rebuild. After the rebuild, I picked up my truck which they said still had to be tweaked, but I needed some transportation for a day and felt my trucks Transmission slipping and then jerking real hard. I decided not to use it and just take it back to them which at that time they told me that they were gonna have to take it apart a second time Then for the end of August or maybe early September they told me they were gonna have to take it apart, a third time. Now we are here going on three months. I have not got my truck back. It is still in the shop and now they are telling me that Something is coming up that wasn’t coming up before so after paying $3,200, losing five employees, six potential jobs I have to pay another $1350.. there was nothing wrong with my truck as far as shifting and driving. It marked a light for a sensor and In my eyes, it wasn’t coming up before because it was something that they did to the transmission on one of the three times they claimed to have opened it. I feel that is what is causing this to come up now. I am no mechanic, but I don’t have the confidence that these guys are mechanics either. Everyone should think about getting a second opinion before letting these guys take your vehicle apart. I’m stuck with trusting these guys who have showed me noth. 78 days without my truck that was driving perfectly fine when i drove it in and now that i let these guys take it apart it doesn’t drive and they want more money.
