Our roof was in rough shape with lots of moss. Yaser and Luige did a terrific job bringing our roof back into tip-top shape. They were on time, friendly, and did a thorough job cleaning and clearing debris. They didn't pressure me at all to add on additional services, and Yaser was also very patient answering bunch of questions I had after the job was done. Hopefully we won't need to have such a big job done next time, but I will certainly be using AA Window, Roof and Gutter whenever we need help with our home exterior again. I will also note the quote I received over the phone was the price I paid on the invoice (no surprise added costs). Setting up the appointment was pretty easy, including emailing them photos of our property in order to get an accurate quote.
Thomas did an amazing job. My roof looks great! It doesn’t look like we live in the shire anymore. This company has been great to work with as I had to reschedule multiple times. We will be setting up a regular maintenance so it does not get so bad in the future.

Terrible experience start to finish. - Original quote ballooned by 40% day of the work. They say they typically get the quote right, but when I inquired within my neighborhood group over half of the folks who had previously used AA also had a large price increase day of, so I’d say this is a standard tactic and not an anomaly. Following up on this with the BBB… - Specifically asked at the time of scheduling service if they could remove moss from the chimney cap, which the woman said was no problem and she’d make a note. Day of, there was no note recorded and the techs said they don’t do that work. - Moss removal itself wasn’t great. They did spray, and said the remaining moss would be dead within two weeks. It was not. I had to call in twice to have somebody come back out. One time there was clear evidence they did some additional removal work. The second time he didn’t do anything other than sit in my driveway for 30+ minutes (presumably reporting that he was in the clock). AA didn’t follow up after either return trip.
I am in the process of getting a house ready for sale, and signed up AA Window and Gutter Cleaning for a 'inside and outside' window cleaning. They came to clean on Jul 29th, and they sent me an email saying they were all done whereupon my agent went to take a look. Boy was I shocked! Some of the windows weren't cleaned properly, some skipped entirely. Dirty window water spilt into the window tracks. None of the window tracks were cleaned/wiped. (It seems like they have confused 'window cleaning' with 'window PANE cleaning'.) There were dirty spots on the (recently painted) walls and trim, and also on the (recently refinished) hardwood floors. I reached out to them (and sent them some of the pictures below), and didn't hear back. When I called them to follow up, they didn't even admit to seeing my email, they just said that their guy 'wasn't finished' and that he was coming back on the 30th. After that I got another one of those 'were are done' emails, so I called them to ask them what had been done/sorted. They responded that their guy had supposedly been there for another 5 hours on the 30th (after supposedly being there for 4 hours on the 29th), so my agent went to take another look. She says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING had been addressed after her first visit. Anyway, let the pictures do the talking and you decide whether THIS is what you want for your house...
