I called Aargosy recliner service for an estimate to repair or replace my recliner.release mechanism and was quoted a price of $120. I politely thanked them and went on Amazon and purchase the proper mechanism for $8.99 and installed it on my recliner in 45 minutes. This company is a rip off and I believe they especially prey on senior citizens. They ought to be ashamed of themselves! I plan to pass on my experience to the BBB.

Ray spoke to me first regarding a Natuzzi chair that got stuck and wouldn't return to an upright position. I told him how much I wanted to keep the chair and he came to my house. He arrived on time and saw that the mechanism had worn out. He saw that the parts came from China instead of Italy. Despite this, he was able to get the chair to function again and charged a very reasonable price. I agree with what others have said and I highly recommend!

Ray was on time a very nice man, a qualified individual. I will recommend him to friends And a few neighbors!Made my chair as good as new!

Excellent Customer Service!! We live outside Ray's service area. We're in Casa Grande. Ray/Argosy covers Maricopa County only. BUT....Ray had me call him. He asked me to explain the problem with our recliner. Very quickly he explained how we can look at the motor/mechanism underneath and identify if it's a bad shaft, a broken nylon glide, or some nylon nuts/bolts that have broken. This was very helpful. He could've just brushed us off. He didn't and ended up giving us hope our recliner can be saved. Thanks, Ray!

My couch had a controller issue where one side was fully reclined and not going back to the original position. Ray was very responsive and efficient. The whole thing was fixed in 30 minutes! I'd highly recommend him for any recliner issues!
