Andreas is good to deal with. Very clear in his communication. Shows up when he says he will. His work is careful and skilled. I feel he is a good, honest, pleasant tradesman/business owner.

I met Andrea for the first time during the quote. He and his team have just finished a very demanding AC installation in a Strata-managed building with many restrictions. Their attention to detail was excellent. They also use top-quality accessories, fasteners, and AC units—best in class. I’m a demanding customer... I met with three local installers, and AB Sydney Air Conditioning was the only one I fully trusted. Their price was very fair—among the lowest for the quality of work. You can find a cheaper quote, but not with the same skill and care. Andrea isn’t big on Instagram or TikTok, and the website is simple. That doesn’t matter. Andrea's work speaks for itself. At first I wasn’t sure about his team because he didn’t talk much about them during the quote. He should talk more about his team, IMHO. He’s a strong leader and has built an excellent crew. They worked in sync, followed Strata rules, protected the building, and left everything clean. I paid a few hundred dollars more than the cheapest option. It was money well spent. Highly recommend AB Sydney Air Conditioning, especially for Sydney Metro e.g. the Eastern Suburbs. FINAL THOUGHTS: If your job is simple, AB Sydney Air Conditioning is a smart choice for the best balance of expertise and price—Andrea will find a solution that fits your needs. If your job is more demanding, or you really care about high quality, they’re the team I’d trust in Sydney Metro. Bigger companies can feel detached: the person who quotes often isn’t the one doing the work. One-person operators may lack exposure to complex installs—in my case, a 30-year veteran couldn’t explain the trade-offs on a tricky job. Andrea’s team hits the sweet spot: big enough to have seen it all, and small enough that Andrea guides you through the process and stays hands-on during the work.
Highly recommend Andrea and his team for any air conditioning needs. Had new air conditioning installed in loungeroom. From the first call, to the quote, to the installation all was done quickly, professionally and with a friendly attitude all within a week. Andrea and team explained everything clearly, competively priced,installation expertly done with no problems. Would recommend to anyone wanting any air conditioning work done. Well done team.
I would highly recommend Andrea and his team to do an AC installation if you're in the market. Andrea answered a lot of my questions before we locked in dates and was very informative, especially when taking the time to explain the different type of work that would be needed if I went with 1 unit or 2 units. The team were accommodating with some special requests with how the aesthetic and functionality would work both inside in the apartment as well as on the balcony. At the end the team cleaned up thoroughly and gave a quick demo of the AC remote & functionality. Overall I am extremely happy and found them very cost competitive.
