Placed an order on the app as I have done many times. Called to see if it was ready and they told me that they never received the order. I looked at the app and my credit card and the money was taken out and the order was received. Called again and they said that I must have ordered from a different store. I called around and none of the stores had the order. Called the number that was on my credit card app. It went to Orlando but was the abc headquarters. I couldn’t cancel the order through the app. It told me to call the store. Which store?? I ended up going to the store to just buy the wine and hopefully cancel the other order. I get there and the same people that sent me in different directions tell me that they did get the order and it was almost boxed up. Why the heck didn’t they call me when they realized that they did have my order. Being visibly annoyed at the rudeness of the staff, when I left, someone followed me to my car and said I will take the cart back. Why? There were carts all over the parking lot. LAME!!!!
Plenty options for everyone. Can't go wrong. Got my new favorite wine.
Edit: Upon a return visit, the shelves are now well stocked and my favorite brand/flavor was even on sale BOGO. Thanks for addressing the issue. Shopping for THC drinks here reminds me of shopping at the grocery stores during the height of Covid; they are constantly out of stock. Today at least half of the shelves were completely empty. I had to walk out and look elsewhere.
I called them in advaced to see if they had a wine that I buy for my friend. Price is usually $49.99. They said its out of stock and can ordered for me for $109.99..I said no thank you very kindly and respectfully and they hung up on me. Called some other places and paid $46.99 for each bottle. I don't recommend this place @ all. Terrible attitude and no manners on how to treat people.
Store has a great selection but lord can you please fix the entrances so I don't bottom out my car everytime we pull into the parking lot? I don't even have a low car and it scrapes every time no matter what angle I pull in
