We have known and worked with Steve Stern for many, many years and have complete confidence in him and his financial knowledge. He has taken the time to get to know us, what our ever changing needs and goals are and checks in with us a couple of times a year. He knows the rules and laws within the financial world and has advised us on how to maximize our portfolio and achieve our investment objectives. He does this in a way that is clear and understandable. He is organized, very open to answering all questions about keeping us financially secure from necessary insurance, trust information, wills, etc. and makes us feel like we are his only clients. We know we are not since he also advises other members of our family. We would highly recommend Steve not only for his expertise, but also because he is kind and trustworthy.

We have been working with Steve for over a year and he has been fantastic. We have worked with other financial advisors before and Steve has been the best I have worked with the past 20 years. He is extremely responsive with any questions you have and extremely organized and knowledgeable during our meetings. Steve is all about quality over quantity, meaning he doesn't take endless clients where you become a informal statistic or $$$ sign. He is all about building a long term, lasting relationship. I would highly recommend Steve.

i try to ask as many people as possible if they have a financial planner because I want to be able to share about Steve. I find him trustworthy and considerate. Steve takes his money off the increases in my portfolio,, which means it is in his best interests to make money for me, and he does. My portfolio is up 20% in the last year thanks to Steve. I highly recommend working with him and would encourage anyone to check out his services.

Abel Financial has been my advisor for over 30 years and I have worked with Steve Stern since he began with Abel. He has successfully helped me with money and investment management and retirement issues. You always feel that you are is only client because he is available when you need him and he takes the time to explain complicated issues in plain English. He is incredibly organized, for example before your meetings, he discusses with you what your goals for the meetings are and what he thinks should be included, what information he needs from you, and then provides you with an outline of what will be discussed and any future steps to take so meetings are always very thorough and productive. This is in stark comparison to other financial planners I have worked with. He is also willing to help you on peripheral issues such as estate planning and will guide you through the process recommending other professionals as needed. Finally and most importantly, he is a lovely person that you feel comfortable with and I trust him completely with my future.
