Incredible company, I’d highly recommend them to anyone. They were able to fit me in very quickly & get my passenger window & regular fixed in no time.
For whatever reason, they refuse to communicate with me in any way. I used their website and system to request service and got no response. I then sent an email requesting any type of follow up or response and still nothing. If your business implements these types of measures to interact with customers, it would be really nice to receive a response, as I really would like my windshield fixed. I guess they don’t care.
Okay so this is the best auto glass place in Austin. Best prices I could find around but what really sold me was the guy Chance that they sent out to do the work. Awesome guy, he just had good energy immediately but also he worked so fast and the job he did was pristine and he was very thorough in checking to see if anything else could be done while he was there besides what I had called for. Left nothing to be desired, these guys do what they do well.
Both my wife's and my cars had cracked windshields and we had bad experience with the "national chain" glass company so we trusted our cars to Absolute Auto Glass and I am so glad we did! They treated us like family, showed great care in the removal of the old glass and where very detailed in cleaning up when they were done. I hope I don't need another windshield any time soon but if I or any of our family members do, we will only trust Absolute Auto Glass!
I am absolutely awestruck with the quality of the glass they replaced on my old mercedes. I am impressed with Chance - they were fast, respectful, and had extra attention to detail (thanks for tucking in the peeling headliner!!) I went with Absolute Auto Glass after Safelite repeatedly failed to keep appointment dates. I would 100% trust AAG's work again.
