Giving three stars because the staff was super nice. Aside from being nice though my husband and I weren’t very thrilled with our visit. First my husband paid for a massage that was supposed to focus on sinus and adrenal however he just got a very expensive deep tissue massage. They were supposed to spend 30 minutes on his scalp and face and didn’t touch it once. He said the therapist seemed distracted when rubbing his feet. The ambiance was loud staticky waves and was not relaxing. We were told to fill out paper work before hand which was for facials not massages, because they were out of the massage pages. They asked which scents we like and don’t like on the paper work and the one scent I didn’t want used was the only one used. They seemed to do the bare minimum on treatments but charge a lot. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned in a long time either. I have been to a few spas and this was by far my least favorite.
My sisters and I visited Roanoke last September and booked massages for our ladies’ weekend at Absolute Kneed. We were NOT disappointed! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and not at all pushy but offered a deal to add on facials to our massages, so we did. Also a great decision! All three of us had wonderful experiences and left there so relaxed and refreshed!! Our skin felt great for days!! Can’t recommend this spa enough and hoping to get back to the cute little town of Roanoke soon! I hear it’s like a Hallmark movie at Christmastime!
I spent my birthday at Absolute Knead Day Spa in March with a friend. We both got massages and facials and enjoyed our time there! We didn’t feel rushed and loved being able to shop the fragrance collection after. Both therapists were amazing!! They continuously asked how we were doing and customized our experience. It was much KNEADED! Only thing I would change would be that I wish I was asked to book my next visit or told about any upcoming specials that would give me an excuse to come back again soon! Overall FANTASTIC spa and nothing like it!
Paige was amazing! I did not think that this tiny girl was going to be able to get the tension and kinks out of my neck and shoulders, but man was I wrong! She really helped me, and I’m extremely grateful! The whole staff was so friendly, and welcoming! My husband and I were looking for good deep tissue massages, and they offer true deep tissue for sure! The best part was the fact I made my appointment in less than 24 hours notice with booking feature on their website! Best experience by far!!
Absolutely amazing and and absolute must!Drive the extra distance and come here!!! A gem not that far away! The staff is warm and friendly. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with warm smiles. The changing locker rooms are well laid out and spacious with seperate shower areas and bathrooms with amenities galore! A beautiful mixture of high class and simplistic design. I love the hallway of local artist with art work for sale. The bathrobes are soft and comfortable. Aryn and Sarai give professional and amazing massages. They give you complementary bottles of water after the massage. I cannot say enough that this place is worth every penny you spend!!! This palor and salon beats by far anyplace that Fort Wayne has to offer. Drive the extra way and come to Absolute Knead!
